Meet the Founder

I remember being a little girl in the movie theater—eyes glued to the screen, breath held, lips bitten raw
from suspense. The movie was Shrek. I can still remember hearing the laughs, the gasps, and feeling
completely transported into the story. To me, I was right there in the swamp.
Movies have always felt both ephemeral and indelible. From my earliest memory of Shrek, to watching
Incredibles 2 with my cousin, to experiencing Is God Is, film has always made me feel like anything is
possible. That’s when I realized movies are more than moving pictures on a screen. They inspire. They
shift moods. They challenge desires. They place us directly into someone else’s shoes, if only for a
moment. I’ve spent my life in the arts—ballet, singing lessons, piano lessons, and school plays—but
nothing ever compared to the feeling of writing my first screenplay. Watching an idea move from brain to
paper felt electric. Chaotic. Alive. I chased that feeling, and now I have three screenplays and a deeper
understanding that storytelling is what I’m meant to do. I’ve already given these stories my best, and the
beautiful part is knowing it only gets better from here.
Every story begins with a little chaos. Our job is to turn it into conversation.
